PLEASE READ OUR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS!
Can family members participate in group classes?
Absolutely! We are limited due to COVID-19 restrictions, but we welcome up to 2 individuals from the same household to join in on lessons.
Does the same person have to come to all lessons?
No! Sometimes spouses take turns, sometimes friends cover for an owner, and other times kids want to partake. As long as we stick to the 2 person limit, you are welcome to arrange participation at your convenience.
How old does my child need to be to participate?
We welcome well-mannered kids 8 years of age and up! Keep in mind - it can be long and boring for some children, so please ensure the activity is appropriate for the individual or bring something to help keep them entertained. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
What vaccines are required to participate?
Dogs 6 months of age and older need to be up-to-date on Distemper/Parvo and Rabies vaccination. Puppies under 6 months need only 1 Distemper/Parvo vaccine to participate. We will require a copy of your rabies certificate, to keep, for dogs 6 months and older.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to limited class sizes, we do not offer refunds. Payment guarantees you a spot in the class for which you have registered. Please make sure you are able to commit to a service before registering.
What if it rains? Are outdoor classes cancelled?
If rain, snow, or other severe weather hinders a lesson, then a class will be postponed. We automatically allow for 1 make up lesson at the regular time slot to accommodate weather. In the event of more than one postponement, alternate arrangements will be made.
